A usable pickup address, a well-calculated arrival time, and knowing exactly what you've booked will help you start the day off smoothly. Tell them what you want to celebrate and what part of the plan you've already arranged.

Understand your plan

A birthday surprise doesn't require the same level of organization as a wedding or a dinner with friends. The date, the number of guests, and the time you need to arrive at the next location will help you create a realistic proposal. If you haven't finalized everything yet, start with these details.

Choosing a limousine with clear information

Jake is familiar with the different models in the fleet and can explain their features. Photographs help compare the exterior and interior; seat availability and group arrangements must be confirmed for the specific service. A high-capacity limousine doesn't mean any group can travel in any way they please.

Agree on the route

The pickup address, destination, and stops are checked before booking. Some streets do not allow access or stopping for a long vehicle. In these cases, a suitable meeting point must be agreed upon; we cannot promise to go to every door.

Driving and stops must be adapted to traffic and the agreed-upon conditions. If you wish to take photos or end up in a different direction, please inform us in advance. Changes during the journey depend on time, access, and availability; they do not constitute a free extension of the service.

For a surprise pickup, choose a contact person. For a wedding, indicate the ceremony time. For a dinner, share your table reservation time. These details allow us to coordinate the route with the rest of the day.

Before confirming, ask that the proposal include the vehicle, duration, number of seats available, route, price, and any extras. This way, everyone in the group will know what to expect.
